Additional Notes
- Connection: NieR is a spin-off of Drakengard. The NieR timeline branches from an alternate ending of the original Drakengard (2003). You don’t need to play Drakengard to enjoy NieR, but it is the starting point of the universe’s timeline.
- NieR Replicant and NieR Gestalt are two versions of the same 2010 game. Replicant was released in Japan for PS3, while Gestalt was released for Xbox 360; the Western version was released as NieR.
- NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… is a revised version of the original NieR Replicant, released in 2021.
- NieR:Automata — The End of YoRHa Edition is the Nintendo Switch version of NieR:Automata, not a separate game.
- NieR Re[in]carnation is a mobile game and is part of the broader NieR series.
