Setting

Plot
The narrative of Dandadan centers on the unlikely partnership of Momo Ayase, a girl who firmly believes in the existence of ghosts, and Ken “Okarun” Takakura, a devoted enthusiast of all things extraterrestrial. Their diametrically opposed beliefs spark a daring bet, compelling them to venture into realms steeped in both the occult and the unknown, seeking concrete proof of their respective fascinations.
Their dual pursuits soon plunge them into escalating peril. Momo experiences a harrowing abduction by aliens, an ordeal that unexpectedly awakens dormant psychic abilities within her.
